Same Budget. Why Settle?

Your Current Offsite Is Leaving Value on the Table

Forgettable Resort Conferences

Same Marriott ballroom every year. Same catered lunch, same breakout rooms. No one remembers it 6 months later—and neither does your team culture.

Hidden Costs Blow Budgets

Meeting room fees appear after booking. AV rental, service charges, resort fees pile on. Final bill lands 20-30% higher than the quote you approved.

Zero Recruiting Value

Generic offsites don't differentiate you. Candidates never ask about your retreat. No story to tell in job postings—just another forgettable perk bullet point.

Same Money, Boring Outcome

$1,800/person for an Austin hotel conference. $1,550/person for a Caribbean cruise with ocean views and sunset dinners. Same budget, wildly different experience.

The Numbers Don't Lie

Compare a typical 5-day corporate retreat: traditional resort vs. cruise ship.

Common Questions

Everything You're Wondering

How is this different from using a traditional travel agent?

Traditional agents focus on leisure cruises and lack experience with corporate logistics. We specialize in tech team offsites: AV setup, async communication workflows, dietary coordination at scale, and handling distributed team complexities. Plus we provide transparent all-in pricing—no hidden fees.

What's included in your "all-in" pricing?

Cruise fare, port fees, gratuities, service charges, conference room rental, AV equipment, onboard coordinator fee, dietary accommodation coordination, and a 10% contingency buffer. The only thing not included: airfare to the departure port and optional excursions.

What's your minimum team size?

We work best with teams of 20-200 people. Below 20, cruise group pricing doesn't make sense (you're better off booking individually). Above 200, we can handle it but require a longer lead time for ship capacity.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Minimum 90 days for group bookings. Ideal timeline is 6-9 months to secure preferred dates and cabin blocks. We've pulled off 60-day turnarounds, but your ship and date options will be limited.

What happens if someone can't make it last minute?

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line, but we negotiate the best terms during booking. Typically: 90+ days out = full refund, 60-89 days = 50% penalty, under 60 days = full loss. We help you create a backup attendee list and handle substitutions.

Do you work with specific cruise lines?

We're cruise-line agnostic. We evaluate based on your needs: Caribbean routes (Royal Caribbean, Carnival), Alaska (Princess, Norwegian), Mediterranean (MSC, Celebrity). Our relationships across lines mean better group rates and smoother coordination.
